What is your size range?
We offer standard width shoes in a UK8-12 / EU42-46.
We look forward to offering wide fit options within the size range shortly.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes and as all of our customers are special and deserving of offers, the best way to not miss out is to subscribe to our newsletter.
Do you offer product exchanges?
Unfortunately we cannot offer product exchanges at this time. The best way to ensure you receive the size/colour you'd like is to place another order and return your initial purchase.
What currencies do you accept?
For our European and International customers, the website offers price conversions to USD/CAN/AUS.
How do I know if my order has gone through successfully?
All orders are processed through Shopify.
You will receive order confirmation via email or text (whichever you’ve chosen to opt for) once your order has been received.
If you do not receive confirmation of your order, please contact Mokkah Customer Services.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Klarna, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, PayPal, Applepay and Maestro.
What happens if my delivery is later than expected?
We ship your parcel within 48 hours of the order being confirmed.
You will receive a tracking number once shipped so please ensure to follow your package.
If there is a problem with the tracking system or you’re unable to see where your parcel is, please contact us and we will assist you.
Why don't you ship to my country?
As a business it's important to us that every customer has a pleasant buying experience, which includes a smooth delivery with our carrier partners. For some countries where the delivery options do not meet our requirements or where support options are few, we have had to make a decision not service that area for the time being.

Do you ship to Europe?
Due to the Brexit negotiations, we have had to make a decision not to service the EU at this time. This is due to very long delivery delays and the fees in which customers are having to pay, which is having a direct affect on their buying experience.
We are constantly looking at ways around this, so once we have a satisfactory work-around we will reopen our EU shipping options.
